What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Young Gentry order! If anything is wrong with your order, please reach out to us at service@younggentry.com within 30 days of your purchase.

What if my candle arrived broken?

If you ordered a candle that arrived in a broken vessel, please email us at service@younggentry.com.  Let us know what product was broken and include a picture so we can prevent breakage in future orders. We’ll respond right away to make it right.
