Can I have my order rushed?

You bet! We offer expedited shipping at checkout.  If you are local to Atlanta, we can even deliver via messenger.

Since this is a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?

We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received as close to your desired date as possible. Please indicate your desired ship date in the ‘Note to Scarlett & Mags section’ at checkout.

 

When will I get my order?

Typically, orders take 2 days to process and 2-6 days to ship via standard ground shipping, depending on your ship to location. If you’re crunched for time, let us know if the ‘Note to Scarlett & Mags section’ at checkout.

 

How much does expedited shipping cost?

Expedited shipping cost varies depending on the weight and size of the gift you choose as well as your final destination. You’ll be able to see the pricing options upon checkout.

 

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an email order confirmation which will include a tracking number.

 

Do you ship internationally?

It’s in the works!  Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you are looking to ship outside of the United States, we would love to get you a custom quote.  Contact us at service@younggentry.com.

 

What is your return policy?

At Young Gentry, we are passionate about spreading joy with our beautiful finds.  We unconditionally guarantee the presentation and quality of our gifts upon delivery, and we are here to make certain that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied. If a gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact us and we’ll do all we can to make it right.

 

My box is a gift, I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown to the recipient.

We never include receipts or packing slips inside our shipments. We promise that your recipient will never receive a package that has pricing listed anywhere.

 

Can you do custom boxes for my wedding?

What if I need to order a large quantity of gifts?

Then you’ve come to the right place!  For custom gifts and orders over 10 boxes, we ask that you contact us at service@younggentry.com for a custom shipping quote. We want to make sure your boxes arrive at your destination in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
