Where is Young Gentry located?

We are based in Atlanta, GA. If you would like to see us in person at our retail workshop, stop by Citizen Supply at Ponce City Market. We’re there pouring candles and hanging out 7 days a week. Say hi and check out our new pours! 

When will I get my order?

Typically, orders take 2 days to process and 2-6 days to ship via standard ground shipping, depending on your order’s destination. If you’re crunched for time, let us know in the "Special Instructions for our Team" section in your cart.

How much does expedited shipping cost?

Expedited shipping cost varies depending on the weight and size of your order as well as your final destination. You’ll be able to see the pricing options upon checkout. 

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an email order confirmation with a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

It’s in the works!  Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you are looking to ship outside of the United States, we would love to get you a custom quote.  Contact us at hello@younggentry.com.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Young Gentry order! If anything is wrong with your order, please reach out to us at service@younggentry.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you ordered a candle that arrived in a broken vessel, please include a picture so we can prevent breakage in future orders. We’ll respond right away to make it right. 

My order is a gift. I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown.

In an effort to save paper, we never include receipts or packing slips inside our shipments. We promise that your recipient will never receive a package with pricing listed anywhere.  

My order is a gift. Can I include a note?

Absolutely!  Include your note in the "Special Instructions for our Team" box in your cart. We will handwrite your note for you!

Can you do custom candles and gifts for my wedding?

What if I need to order a large quantity of gifts?

Then you’ve come to the right place!  For custom gifts and orders over 10 items, we ask that you contact us at hello@younggentry.com for a custom quote. We want to make sure your orders arrive at your destination in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
